Technical Support Changes

We hope you have noticed significant improvements to our technical support service over the last few years. IT continues to become both more critical to how organisations work, and increasingly complex with new technological developments coming on line every week. As a result we have had to invest heavily in infrastructure and capacity to ensure our service is not only fit for purpose in todays environment, but also improving to better meet our customers needs.

To maintain this quality we will be increasing our basic technical support rate to £50 an hour (ex VAT), with effect from the 1st July 2010. This is the first increase in four years, and we remain very competitive and much cheaper than commercial providers.Our support contract terms remain unchanged.
