Lists.Participate is SCIP's Mailing list server.
We support a number of lists which allow Community Groups to run online email
discussions.
Running our own lists means we don't have to use Yahoo groups or other commercial lists. This means no adverts, and that the list owner keeps ownership of the content on the list.
