How to book
First of all, thank you for deciding to book on our SCIP course!
But before we even begin...
ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR A CONCESSION?
Please see the *details below. You MUST request your concession at time of booking as this cannot be rectified later.
Now, if you want to pay for your place on-line, you'll need either a PayPal account, a Mastercard or a Visa debit or credit card.
If you prefer to receive an invoice, you can request one at the time of booking, in which case we'll use your booking as your reference.
If you need to pay via your organisation's own purchase order number, you'll need to email us separately on accounts@scip.org.uk
MAKING A BOOKING
To actually get to the booking system, for which we are using Eventbrite, all you need to do is click on the 'book here' link in the course description.
This will take you straight to Eventbrite, and the particular course on which you've previously selected.
Once you've made sure that you are looking at your chosen course, just follow the instructions on Eventbrite.
At the end of the booking you will, straight away, receive an email confirmation as well as your ticket on a pdf. (If you have any problems printing your ticket, or the confirmation does not arrive, please email admin@scip.org.uk with your contact details.)
Booking on Eventbrite should be easy and straightforward. If for any reason you encounter a problem, please call 01273 234049.
Don't worry if you don't hear from us at SCIP...we won't be in touch with you until about a week before your course (or seminar) with your joining instructions which will give you all the other necessary information with all the venue, parking and attendance details.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU!
*Concessions
Concessions are available to those organisations with a turnover of less than £100,000 or fewer than five paid staff. Please ensure you apply for any concession at time of booking as this cannot be rectified once the automatic confirmation email has been sent to you.
We would ask wheelchair users, or anyone with hearing or sight difficulties, or special access requirements, to email admin@scip.org.uk separately once you have booked your place.
The Conference Room at Community Base is fitted with an induction loop and there is flat access to the room and other facilities. We can also arrange for a community interpreter to be available for speakers of other languages, as well as for sign language, with two weeks’ notice. If you have any other additional needs, please do let us know on the above email address.
