Monitoring and Evaluating Volunteer Involvement

This one-day course is for anyone whose role includes managing volunteers, who wants to measure and improve on the quality of their work. It will explore how to monitor and evaluate how effectively your volunteer programme helps you to meet your organisations aims and objectives. 

It will cover:

  • identifying and clarifying aims and objectives, outputs and outcomes
  • exploring different monitoring and evaluation techniques
  • using Word and Excel applications to ensure the effective and efficient collection, storage and analysis of information

Participants  will need to have basic computer skills, but no prior experience of using Excel is required.
