Mail Merge Using Word
This beginners level course shows you how to create letters and labels for lots of people quickly and easily. This is particularly useful for newsletter and membership mailouts, sending out annual reports and other routine task.
You will learn about:
- Simple databases
- How to merge two documents
- Creation of data files
- Merging from existing data files in Access and Excel
- Merging to print on envelopes and labels
- Merging documents to email addresses stored in Outlook
Learner skills pre-requisites:
- Experience of using Microsoft Word.
