What to tell groups about computers
This one day training session forms part of the Skild Programme and has been delivered by Mark Walker in a variety of settings.
It won’t make you a computer expert, but it will help you answers the questions that groups ask about computers, including:
• reasons groups need computers
• what to buy and not buy, and what to include in the total cost
• systems and policies for computers
• access issues
• where to get support and advice
• other ways computers can get people involved
Mark Walker can run a free one day session for development workers anywhere in the south east of England. Contact him by email or on 01273 234049 for more details.
