Setting up and configuring email accounts

We can set up new accounts on Outlook, guide you through email forwarding so you can stay in the loop with old contacts and help you get the most out of the features of your new account. We[re used to delaing with all manner of email accounts and servers so we can usually sort your POP from your Microsoft Exchange (oh and we'll happily explain all the jargon along the way).

Resetting passwords

It’s frustrating when you can’t access important files and documents, especially when a deadline is looming. We can reset passwords over the phone so you're back on your feet in no time at all.

Get you connected

We can usually set up, reset or troubleshoot your wireless internet connection over the phone. We can also log in to your computer through the web, using a completely secure service, to make sure everything on your network is running as smoothly and securely as possible.

Advice on hardware and software

We buy all sorts of equipment for our clients every day, so we can always help charities, community groups, individuals and businesses find hardware and software at competitive prices. If you want cheap sofwtare we are able to register charities with CTX - Community Technology Exchange - where you can get all sorts of discounted IT products.
