IT Support Services
Two types of support service:
Ad-hoc Support Services - Get help when you need it and pay by the hour. £40/hour + VAT
If you have a one-off problem or question, or you just want to give our services a try then our ad-hoc support service offers a no-ties solution. We will usually try to diagnose and solve the problem over the phone, but one of our team will visit you if that’s necessary. Depending on their availability this will usually be within two days.
We can provide quotes for one off projects, such as installations or larger pieces of work. We regularly provide this information for grant applications and can help you think about your needs to select an appropriate solution.

Which is right for you?
Our experience of supporting charities and community organisations suggests that an ongoing support contract is the most cost effective way to meet your IT needs. Paying by the hour may be the best idea when problems need urgent attention but a regular monthly payment gives you the security of having someone you can call on an ongoing basis.
This service is only available to people with a broadband internet connection. We use secure remote access to let us access your computer from our offices – which is the most cost-effective way of solving the majority of problems our customers experience.
We can also create specific packages for larger organisations including regular weekly visits by a designated member of our team.
As we get to know your organisation we are better placed to make recommendations, help to develop a strategy, and help you find other experts when you need them - for instance website and database developers. We also fully understand the voluntary sector’s financial constraints and can provide a solid justification for those costs that are unavoidable - especially useful when there are funders or management committees to convince.
