Equipment Hire
We have specialist equipment, such as our suite of wireless laptops or digital cameras and printers that are great for community events. We can also usually offer contacts, training resources and volunteers to help make a project successful.

Costs
Our rate card is as follows (per day or part day. SCIP set up and removal time charged extra):
Presentation Suite
Laptop, Projector, Speakers and Screen - £60+VAT
Computer Suite
10 Laptops, Projector, Speakers and Screen - £CALL
Digital Camera / Digital Video Camera
Digital camera or Digital Video Camera and Tripod - £25+VAT
Please note:
- We can also help with facilitating an Internet connection for your event. Please call for details or advice.
- Set up and removal of the equipment and telephone support is charged on a per-hour basis.
- There is no discount available for only taking part of a suite.
- Where SCIP is not employed to manage the equipment, the organisation renting the equipment is responsible for insurance.
- Weekends/bank holidays are charged at single day rate.
- All damages and losses will be paid for by the organisation hiring the equipment.
