Digital Inclusion Research

Attached is a research report published by SEEDA in April 2007. SCIP was consulted by Hall Aitken, who conducted the research, and we're mentioned in the proposals.

Over and above the proposals that include SCIP the report provides excellent overview of the links between digital inclusion, social inclusion and economic inclusion.

In particular it explores the way that social inclusion projects c an help address employment and employability.

To the best of my knowledge no work was commissioned as a result of this research, although to be absolutely clear I know that no work was commissioned from SCIP. Other rpopsoals may have been followed up with other contractors.
